This is a model of a Punter, a typical Dutch small ship used by farmers and fisherman. It was mostly used in the eastern part of the Netherlands, small and shallow waters. This one has one mast and a single sail made from a dark brown fabric The hull is painted black. There is a fisherman holdingon to the rudder.
