Bottle 1014 - Rembrandt

Frans Dekker has sent the following inforamtion on his latest ship in bottle: "Now I have made a new SIB. It is the Rembrandt, called after our famous painter. It is the first ship that has been built for the KNSM (Royal Dutch Ship Company) She is built in 1856 and she was the first ship that sail trough the new just made North see canal between IJmuiden and Amsterdam in 1875. She is situated in a harbour in the South America. On the shore there are twee railways that are leading to the ship. One of the lorries is filled whit Coles and the other ones are leaded whit planks for cargo. The size of the bottle is: Length: 350 mm, Diameter: 95 mm, Bottleneck: 22 mm. The sizes of the Rembrandt: Length: 152 mm, Height: 70 mm, Wideness: 22 mm (hull) spar = 40 mm."
