Bottle 601 - Skull and Bones in Chair
Date Added: 08 May 2008

This is an interesting, comical, and somewhat sinister chair with symbols built in a bottle. The meaning of the bottle is unclear but seems to represent a scene of death, perhaps from an electric chair. The chair is made from natural dark wood and has square legs and stretchers. The chair does not have a seat. The interest and uniqueness of the bottle are the carved items on the chair. There is a carved white skull on the top back stretcher. The skull has deep set black eyes, nose and mouth. A long cigar with a red end is coming out of the side of the skull's mouth. On the back of the seat stretcher is a large white bottle. Perhaps the bottle is a bottle of poison. On the open seat area are two white bones laying across the open of the seat.
