This is a vintage and very unusual winder inside a bottle that actually has eight individual yarn winders on three different tiers. All eight winders are made alike but are wound with different colored yarn with the colors alternating around the spools. The yarns also wind around each spool at three different points. There are three winders on the lower tier, two winders on the middle tier, and three winders on the top tier. The bottle is sealed with a wooden stopper with a wood crosspiece going through the stopper inside the bottle making it impossible to remove the stopper. The stopper is capped with a wooden octagonal shaped piece of wood painted in alternate black and red colors.
