Ships, Folk Art, and Whimsey in Bottles

This is an old 1/5th quart whiskey bottle measuring 11" tall x 3 & 1/2" wide. The bottle reads "Federal Law Forbids Sale Or re-use of this bottle" place it between 1933 and 1965. Inside the bottle is a wooden wheelbarrow, made of pine. The wheelbarrow is pine with little branches used for logs. It has a single front wheel painted red. The handles and wooden cradle is natural wood. The bottom of bottle reads these numbers: 2205 R-808 8 55 then a symbol like two arrows.
