Bottle 39 - Ship Near Castle |
---|
Date Added: 01 October 2005
A very simply made ship sailing away from a land mass. The ship is without detail and has 7 sails flying. A sail on the foremast has a cross painted on it. The sail on the mizzenmast has come detached. The charm of the model is in the detail and design of a castle scene on the land in the rear of the bottle. The castle is walled around with a large tower and attached long building. There are two additional towers on the other side. In the castle is an oversized cannon. The land is built up with actual rock placed around to show stones in the land. There is a small boat on the beach of the land.
