This is a model of a harbor or possibly ocean steamship sailing on choppy green water. The hull is black with a raised bow and stern deck painted gray with the main deck in natural wood color. The main cabin is 2/3 the length of the ship and shows 3 cabin doors on each side and there are 17 port windows. The deck above this cabin is painted gray. The steering deck has 2 doors and carved in relief steering windows painted yellow. On top of this is a large mast painted in yellow toward the bottom and black on the upper half. There is a yellow painted yardarm and a spar. Attached to the rigging is a large flag and 2 banners. There is a small deck house behind the steering cabin and it has 6 port windows and a large yellow smokestack with a small band of black on the bottom and a wide black painted band on the top. There are 2 gray lifeboats, one underneath a davit. The bottle has "Haig & Haig Ltd. Edinburgh Scotland" on the bottom of the bottle. On the top near the neck is the wording "Federal Law Forbids Sale or Re-use of this Bottle."
