This is a very nicely made niddy-noddy built around the turn of the century. The niddy-noddy in in a natural dark wood with a nice patina. The piece is wrapped with a very fine and thin red, white. And blue thread in a pattern with the red on the outside, then white, and blue on the inside. Hanging down from the top is a spool with the colored thread wrapped around the spool. The bottle opening at the very top is chipped around the top. The bottle is sealed with a wooden stopper with a wooden crosspiece. There is a wooden spool like carving on the very top.
