A wonderful depiction of a 4 member jazz band in bottle. The men are standing and seated on a natural wooden floor built in 3 sections. The piano player in positioned in the rear of the bottle and is a white man sitting on a piano bench wearing a grey sports coat, black pants, and a blue tie. The piano is built in multiple sections and is an old upright style. The sax player is a standing white man wearing a black suit and a red tie. The sax is painted in silver. The trumpet is played is a standing black man who is wearing a black sports coat, light grey pants, and a yellow shirt. The trumpet is made from wire bent similar to a paperclip. The drummer is seated on a one legged stool and is a black man wearing a white sports coat, black pants, yellow shirt and has a red rose boutonniere. The drum is white with an extended ring making up the frame. There is a bass drum, 2 snare drums, a cymbal and a percussion set on top of the base. The bottle is sealed with a plastic screw top and has the wording "Federal law forbids sale or re-use of this bottle." Bottle with this wording was made from about 1933 the early 1960's. This unique model was supposedly made by an unidentified man (now deceased) who lived in St. Louis and loved jazz and also wood carving.
