This is a delightful scene of various ships sailing on a clam light blue sea along a city scene. The ships appear to be in a regatta or parade formation. There are five different ships from different countries representing various styles and periods. The city is made from cutouts from various postcards representing different scenes. The sky is painted on an is light blue with numerous cloud formation. The bottle is a Westinghouse Cool White fluorescent bulb. One end was opened and the ships and card scenes were inserted. The maker of this bulb is the same individual who made Bottle ID 685
