This a model of a harvesters ladder built inside a bottle. The wooden ladder has six rungs . A bucket full or red apples hangs with a wire hook from the second from the top rung. The bottle is sealed with a cork with rope wound around the threads of the bottle. On the side of the bottle is a wooden plaque with the words "febbraio 2019."
