Philippine Huts in Bottle

This is a village scene in the Philippines. There are two rattan hut on stilts with nice features including ladders, windows with push out covers. The word Philippines is above one of the windows. There are 2 women in the scene shown loading coconuts on a small hand pushcart. There are two large palm tree with a lot of coconuts, sections of fence, and various pots. This diorama in a bottle was believed to have been made by prisoners in Philippines penal system for tourist trade. The bottle is sealed with a screw top wrapped in a red, black and white rope. The bottle sits on a wooden plinth.
