10 D 12
Date Added: 01 October 2005
A very different and unusual scene of a yacht or pleasure craft boat near land. The craft has 10 D 12 on the hull but the meaning is unknown. The hull is white with black on the top and has 5 portholes shown. The boats rudder and steering is clearly displayed. There is a large cabin on deck with several windows shown. Rising from the top of the cabin is a large mast with one yard and a rolled up. Another rolled up sail is in front of the mast. The sails are made from a plastic tube. In the water are 2 buoys. There are 2 rowboats pulled up on shore. There are 4 large rocks and 11 large and bushy trees or shrubs. There are 3 houses and 4 stand alone gray columns near the bank. The blue sea and the green land is made from putty and built up on top of a large stack of hollow reeds which are clearly visible under the sea. Very unusual construction. This model was made by the same individual who made model #290.
