The "Weener" is a 4 mast bark shown anchored outside a town or village. The ship has a white painted hull with a red stripe. The deck has 8 grates and a red and green light on the bow deck. There are 4 masts. The three main masts each have 6 yard arm. The rigging is very nice and detailed. There is a land mass in the back of the bottle with rocky banks and a small town or village depicted. There is a windmill, a church, and 5 houses. There is also a lot of vegetation shown on the land. Toward the front of the bottle is a small island with a lighthouse and vegetation. The bottle is sealed with a corked cap. It rests on a wooden plinth with a brass plaque that says: "Weener."
