This is a very well made scene of the US Coast Guard training ship the "Eagle" sailing past Liberty Island in the middle of New York Harbor, in Manhattan, New York City.
The colossal neoclassical sculpture of the Statue of Liberty sits high on its pedestal. The Statue of Liberty is handmade from perhaps the material Sculpy and sits atop a handmade pedestal. The ship is a Barque with three masts and 21 sails. It sports the American flag in the stern rigging.
The bottle is sealed with a cork with rope and a wax seal. It rests on a custom made stand in the general shape of the bottle. There is a brass plaque that reads: "Statue of Liberty 1886-1986."
