From the Artist: "Jesus is working at a church festival. He is wearing his normal Jesus outfit, robe, sandals, rope belt and a gold sparkly halo. He is behind a game of chance booth, trying to get people to test their luck. The game is to wager whether you will go to Heaven (white space on the wheel) or Hell (red spaces on the wheel). Most people are wagering that they will go to heaven, although the odds are not in their favor. The topper has a similar spinning wheel as is in the bottle, and it actually spins. I have spun it many, many times and have yet spun the heaven number. I think the wheel, as in real life, is rigged."
