Bottle 793 - Catch a Butterfly

Date Added: October 8, 2010
This whimsey has taken up residence in the typical 1.75 Liter Knob Creek bottle. I made a similar one for my sister and liked it so much that I decided I would like to improve on my previous attempt and make one for myself. (but don't tell her about the "improve part") A young girl is chasing a Monarch Butterfly trying to catch it with a red butterfly net. A turtle, Coral snake and a frog also populate the bottle. There are numerous cattails at the back of the bottle and red and yellow flowers in the front. The stopper with a locking mechanism is made of part of the tree branch, and there is a Monarch Butterfly on top of the stopper.
