Bottle 786 - Tassels and Beads

Date Added: July 15, 2010
This large whismey is in a Apothecary bottle. It stands 14 inches tall if the stopper is included. There are four levels with four arms on each level. Pearls and decorative beads are mounted on three of the levels. Tassels are mounted at the end of each arm and on black thread that is woven between the arms. There is Maple veneer placed between the feet of the whimsey. If truth be told was placed there to cover an epoxy glue mess. The rest of the whimsey is made of Walnut. On the central shaft is written the name, place and time of origin: Steve Moseley, St. Louis and 2009.
