Bottle 731 - Niddy Noddy with Tassels

The whimsey is made of Walnut. The main stem is turned on a lathe and the arms are carved. There are four levels of attachment and three colors of thread. The stopper is also walnut with a locking mechanism. Dangling from the locking arms are two blue and white tassels. There is no name or date on the whimsey, but it was made by Steve Moseley in 2009 in St. Louis.
