Date Added: March 31, 2016
This is a diorama of The Atonement of Camaret (Brittany). It includes the môle-phare flagship, the Vauban tower, a construction site, lobster boats decked, the Chapel of Our Lady of Rocamadour, the cemetery and the procession of boats on the Sillon. Every year, the forgiveness of Camaret takes place on August 15. The festive day begins at 10 am 30 with a Mass at the Notre-Dame-de-la-Clarity. ,On the First Sunday of September there is a Mass, meditation at the monument of the perished at sea, the blessing of the sea. Then the lifeboat of the SNSM leaves the port, followed by a multitude of boats. A prayer is said, broadcast by radio and then a wreath and a distress beacon are thrown into the sea. All the sirens roar in unison.
