Bottle 1099 - Chair with Head Stopper in a Bottle

This is a tall ladder chair in a bottle. There are two stretchers between each of the legs and two back rests. The seat is made from four slats of wood. Under the seat the artist has written the date 2.9.1930 and what appears to be his name his name "Joe "Ena?". There are other words but they cannot be deciphered. The bottle is sealed with a wooden stopper with a carved head of a man with painted features. There is a cross piece going through the stopper with another cross piece going through that piece.
