For most of my career I was an Executive gourmet chef but now I have been retired for 5 years. I was born October 18, 1952 in L'Aigle in Normandy where there had been the invasion of 1944. Over the years I have enjoyed naval modelling and building remote control models. I have been building ships in bottles for 30 years.
